We envision the ITIL Working Group to be an inter-agency cooperative that helps each participating member advance their ITIL program  by sharing best practices, helping to solve each other’s problems, providing lessons learned, increasing awareness, reporting progress, collaborating on issues, pooling resources and marketing benefits.
